At Homideas, we are committed to delivering your favorite hair care products quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details (where available).

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders of Rs. 3,999 or above.
A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below Rs. 3,999. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order. Repair & Shine is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to respond to the courier, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and work to provide a suitable resolution.
